Moonlighting rules?

    Say you are a nurse working at prison A for the California department of corrections, and on your off days you wanted to work at prison B which is also located in California, but you would be working for a private contracting company, does the California DOC allow this? As long as it didnt interfere with your prison A job? Or would this be a decision left up to the facilitys' HSA?
