what is your protocol to identify possible cases at intake and those already incarcerated?

Anyone with a fever over 101 is considered for influenza. We have a rapid influeza test. If the test is positive for type B- it is usually the influenza. If they are positive for type A, it's a good chance that they have the H1N1.
