How to find a job in correctional health?

I have always had an interest in correctional health, and I am wondering how in the world you find a job in a correctional facility? I am in Mass, and I cannot for the life of me find any job listings in this category.

you might try googling under "Mass department of corrections". There are usually county, city or state facilities, I believe. Good Luck!;)

UMass actually has a correctional health division that operates the medical services in MA prisons; you might check with them.

thanks, that was the only resource I could find, and unfortunately it looks like they do not serve any facilities even remotely close to me.
