Flu


I was wondering what if anything your facilities are doing about poss. swine flu cases? Are they segregating? We don't seem to be doing much here and I am just wondering if we are about to get swamped with cases and no real plan in place.

Although we haven't had any cases yet, we do have a policy in place, including segragating the inmate from the rest of the population.

Same here. No cases have turned up, but we have a policy in place just in case. If there is just a case or two, we will confine the inmate(s) to the infirmary until not contagious. If there is a larger group we will isolate them to a specific block of cells until it passes.
