Any Nurse Managers of an Infirmary or Dispensary??

I'm going to be interviewing soon for the NM position of an Infirmary. I know why the previous manager stepped down and I want to avoid being over worked and stressed out like she experienced. I decided to interview for the NM spot because I thought I might have something to offer from my 12 years of experience and my most recent experience on an acute med/surg unit. I've never held a management position but thought it would be a good start.

Any words of wisdom?
