New Grad Jobs

I am in school in Arizona, and there are no jobs for new grads, we have way too many schools and new grads flooding the market.

I am from the North East and was interested in moving back to Connecticut next year, what is the outlook for new grads to find work?

Horrible. I've applied to hundreds of jobs and just finally started going on some interviews. For a week or so I thought maybe it was getting a little better....but I think I was wrong. Most of the job postings state at least one year of experience required, some more. Connecticut Children's won't even take an ap.

Bummer, amazing how the market turns. Hopefully things will improve in one of the cooler states. Thanks for the info.
