    Here in CT the Public Vocational Technical Schools offers 11 LPN programs throughout the state, its inexpensive compared to others.
    Another is NETI which is about 18k. (Private school)
    If your applying for the Vocational Tech it's very competitive. You can only apply for ONE school, and take the test more than once to increase your score. I highly recommend that you apply for other programs other than just one Vocational Tech, because if you miss your chance you'll have to wait for like next year to apply. By applying to other programs you might have a better opportunity of getting yourself into a program. Here are a couple of links;
