Has anyone heard from Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing for Fall of 2009?

Hi I applied to BHSN for fall of 2009 and I was wondering if anyone has been accepted yet. Good luck everyone!

I haven't heard anything from Bridgeports waitinglist. They usually just send a letter towards the end of July. I did get off the Community College waitlist last week at #18 and going to Gateway in January. Call BHSN and show them you're still interested, you never know.

Congrats Matt. Glad everything worked out for you.

Congrats Matt. At least you know what you doing next year. I tried to contact the school but didn't get any answer. According to their letter, we all should get final answer by the end of this week. I hope to get to community college next year, I could not applieded this year because of A&P. Otherwise, I'm thinking, it's more affordable and admission is by your gpa.

Congrats Matt!!

Thank you! I was fustrated last year and even more this year after seeing everyone getting in to all these schools. But I realize this is a great opportunity and a blessing so I don't plan on wasting it. If it weren't for my wife and 15mo I think I would of given up after two years of applying. Even though I love my job, I prefer not to be an EMT for the rest of my life.

6 weeks, thats terrible I thought I was the last to know. Can I ask you guys what your teas was, i could have done better and wound up only with an 81, i dont think im getting in but hoping, cuz ill have to wait to apply to the other schools until next year. i am not applying to st. v's for just those reasons. sounds like we are in the same boat.

This post was from a year ago, so who knows if you even check this anymore. If you do... I had a similar TEAS score, and am waiting to hear back about Fall 2010. Do you mind sharing what your other specs were, like average GPA and which prereqs you had taken before applying? I'm so anxious to know if I've been accepted or not.

Thanks!

I go to the school now and if anyone has any questions about the day program just ask. By the way yes its pretty hard and very stressful!!!

Yes Please, tell me about your experience there? the hours? clinicals? how many classes per semester/quarter?how are the teachers? how much longer is the program when you do it part time/ evening? anything that you can think of ..... please share!!!:)

Hope to hear from you soon.
