I'll be up till after midnight to register for the Fall semester. If anyone of you should be up to check if the link appears again, please keep me posted ;)

My Check your nursing status tab hasn't shown for a couple weeks does anyone else still have that tab availabe?

My status tab has been gone for a couple weeks too. I think they all have. No decision link again today. :( I'm studying for a lab quiz tomorrow. I have to leave for my fitting at 10:30a, then to work 3-11p. I'll check again tonight when I get home. If it's not up tomorrow, I'm going to assume we won't be getting results this week.

I have to take Micro as well this summer and need to know whether I should transfer to CCC now so I can take it there or just stay at HCC. I also will need to meet with financial aid to figure out my student loan/financial aid/scholarship situation at CCC should I end up transferring. There is a lot for me to do if I get accepted. :bored: I think I'm just going to register for Micro at HCC so I can insure I get a spot at least. If I am accepted I will drop it and transfer.

VIP registration ends this Saturday, so I need to get a move on!

They told me today. But nothing yet as of 1005. My nerves are pretty much done now. I'm kind of fed up actually. Once all the grades get put into the computer it should be online. They aren't going through each app individually and reading essays and what not like a 4 year university does.

I always wondered why the Community Colleges took so long! I think it has to do with everything getting streamlined to Hartford (Board of Regents). If each college handled their own, we would probably find out sooner! But you are right, no essays and references to read! So why on earth does it take so long? If they process everything as stuff comes in (starting November 1), it really should not take until mid-April!!!!

I figure nvcc has about 200-250 applicants. I can bet you that 2 people could go through 250 applications in a week at most. I think they shoot themselves in the foot by allowing people to rebuttals having certain things in late. But still. Almost 3 months is more than enough time.

This is the email i got back from the TRCC nursing admissions advisor.

"All applicants will find out through their my CommNet as soon as they are finalized. It will likely be mid-April.

We appreciate your patience and cannot give a particular date."

I know it doesn't help one bit!!!!

Do you think it is still 200-250 after they disqualified people?

And this year should take less time. Not having to print, package, and address all the envelopes should mean less time. Not more.

Mid-April. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??? Going crazy.. I was praying today was the day!
