Backus Hospital or Lawrance and Memorial in CT???

hello, I am looking at many hospitals in the New England county and have heard of these too by the water to be good. Anyone work in these hospitals that can suggest anything about them. In med/surg/cardiac/ER no matter what department. I am looking at any dept to go back to work. Oh what are the pay rates and team work like??

My aunt and uncle use both and have told me they're both good hospitals. Also close by is Westerly Hospital in RI.

L&M is unionized, not sure about Backus. If that makes a difference to you.
