St. Francis Hosptial Oct new grad program

Hello eveyone
Has anyone applied to the St. Francis new grad program that start Oct 24th and actually heard back from them? My dad who works there says that they are still working on the budget and cannot hire anyone till it's settled (there proposed deadline is Oct 1st).

Well that time is comming up pretty soon and even if they can't officially "hire" anyone yet... has anyone heard from them about a phone call or interview or whatnot? I know alot of people applied for it but, I haven't heard zilch from them and want to know if I'm not alone out there or if I still have a shot at this position that i really want.
