A Quick Question Please

I am currently an er/trauma nurse and a MSN/ACNP student. I currently receive the update every night from the emergency nurses discussion board and check this every night. I would also like to get the nightly update for this and a few other sections, but I don't know how to set this up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Than You in advance!
