Page Columns - Loading Strangely

I use IE at work and Firefox at home. On both pcs, using different browsing software, I have noticed that every now and them, the primary forum frame loads to way too far to the right (mostly off screen). This happens approx 5-10% of the time and has been occurring for the past week. After refreshing the page, all frames are loaded correctly.

Anyone else encountering this? If need be, I would be happy to take a screenie for admins to review.
