My tab labels are missing

I really love the new "look", but all my tabs at the top of the page are blank. Thank goodness I am familiar enough with this site to remember what is located where they are .....

I am pretty sure it's a deficiency with my computer since I can log in on my laptop and see the labels. Am I missing a plug-in?
