How to post a question?

If you go to the forum where you want to post your question then click on new thread button. Ask your question with appropriate title and may be moved to a more appropriate forum if anyone feels you will get better answers

I'm sorry I have the same question, I don't see any where on my home page "Forum" and I dont the next option as well.
