So it really sucks. I probably will re-take some of the courses to boost my GPA. But is there any school that doesn't put so much emphasis on grades?

- Nov 18, '10 by Sand_DollarI am sorry sourapril

After I was denied by CU last year, I decided to apply to UNC this next spring. It has a smaller program, but still thought highly of. The lowest GPA they accepted last year was 3.4 and the average was about a 3.7 Less competitive than those in Denver, that's for sure! They have more pre-reqs, but it is an option you may want to consider.
I wish you well, I know how hard it is when you get denied. Hang in there!!!

Because of its location, it is overlooked, which is good for the applicants because not a ton of people are competing for a spot...at least not yet. But I have a low science GPA. I got C's in Anatomy & Physiology...C in Chemistry II...B in Microbiology. Pretty much no A's in my science courses for my pre-reqs, but I got into CSU-Pueblo, however, I was on the waiting list and one of the last to be accepted. So I was rejected by Regis accelerated BSN because they told me my science GPA was too low.
