Need tips for getting a job at Denver Health

Hello, I am a new grad RN looking to work at Denver Health on L&D, Mom/Baby, or NICU...does anyone have any suggestions? I've completed three clincial rotations as well as my clinical preceptorship at DH and loved it there. It seems to be all about who you know...instead of what you do. Thanks!
