Job market with a little experience in N Denver-Foco?

Looking at relocating, have a little over a year in the OR, both scrubbing and circulating, as well as some time out on the floor. Before that as an LPN had about a year on Med/surg and 6 months in a clinic. Have ACLS and PALS, not sure I want to stay in the OR, but not really opposed to it if it gets me in the door. I understand the front range is brutal as a new grad, but how about with a little experience?

It's a little better, as long as you're looking for work in your specialty. A couple years ago I decided to leave the bedside and try something different (5+ years of experience) and it took me almost 5 months to find something (and while it was not at the bedside, it was still in my specialty, which is why I got the job). But I definitely think that a year of experience is better than none. 3-4 years of experience would be better, though.

Good luck!

Did you find a job? I live in FoCo and would like to know how the job market is in this area.
