I think I waited until early-mid week of the 5th week of waiting for the July start so they really make you wait those 6 weeks!

Hello everyone! I am starting at DSN July 2017. I am looking for a roommate (no specific place in mind yet) I have a cat, but he is super quiet and very nice! He gets along with other animals as well. Let me know if anyone else is looking, I would love to live with someone else in the program!

Hey guys! Just a heads up, DSN recently lost their accreditation. I would seriously consider and ask the school questions before enrolling!

I just talked to Jeff the director and he said they did NOT lose their accreditation. Call the admissions office if you want to confirm.

Just curious where you're getting that from or which accreditation you're referring to. They are still accredited by Colorado board of nursing and ACEN among others so more information would be nice. Thanks!

    Hi Everyone:
I would like to set the record straight. The Denver School of Nursing is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC), the Colorado Board of Nursing, and the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing(ACEN). We are currently in good standing with all three organizations. We have NEVER lost our accreditation. Please copy and paste the link below to see our accreditations. Thanks,

I stand corrected and I am sorry about the misunderstanding everyone! I heard from a faulty source.

Just to add to this, the Colorado Board of Nursing confirmed with me over the phone today that they are still an accredited program. There are a lot of people here working very hard and investing time, energy, and money into their education, so please be mindful before posting these kinds of comments and do your own research before believing random sources.

    Again, my apologies to everyone.
