Where in the Nurse Practice Act - LPN phone orders

I cant find anything in the Nurse Practice act or Scope of practice stating LPN's can take phone orders. Im trying to locate documentation relating to this topic.

I did speak with the colorado board of nursing and they gave me the statue and definition in the Nurse Practice act where it is located. ( Have it at work) It doesnt say LPN's can take phone orders word for word but something to the fact that practical nurses carry out the prescreibed care by a licensend phycian, dentist, etc. Thats the interpretation.

Yes, LPN's in the state of Colorado can take verbal phone orders.
