What CO Boards need with Applications?

Does anyone know the requirements CO boards require with the application?
I am now living in MO and they require finger prints, Photo ID and a criminal back ground check.

What I can't find on the CO Board of Nursing website (DORA) is what they need with the application.

Are they just asking for a criminal history?

Any help would be great.
