I'm interviewing for a job in the ER at the Fitzmons campus. Can anyone give me any info on the place? Working conditions, etc.

thanks in advance

Hi Craig! I work for UCH and deal with the ER a bit. UCH has been the best hospital system I have ever worked for. They are highly nurse oriented. They have a great clinical ladder. Terrific resources. I have worked here since 10/05. They are big on educating you further, give you time/$ off for CEU's. I feel really lucky to work for them...if you get the job, TAKE IT! You will love it! Most all the departments of UCH are trying to move out to Fitz which is a rather large complex. The new Children's Hosp is moving in next door to UCH. This is rather a late reply and you probably already know all this information! Hope you took it!
