Some experience, but not enough!

I have been looking for work without much success. There are a lot of agency job openings, but with the type of experience and the years experience has limited me. I would like something more stable then agency. Please help me figure out how to better search or if you know of any positions , please pm me. I live in Southern Colorado. Thanks everyone.
