Rose Medical Center

Hi! I'm possibly accepting and assignment on the onc unit at Rose. Did you do an assignment there? did you like it? Anything would be helpful! Thanks!

I'll put in my two cents as a non-nurse. I worked there as CST and then later when I was a PA. Rose is a very solid community hospital. You won't see all the cool wow stuff but they do what they do well. It also has one of the friendliest staff that I have worked with. There are some hospitals that are very cliquish, Rose is not one of them.

YOu probably have accepted a job a Rose by now. I found as a per diem that the specialty units are good and very professional. The wards suck. NOt much different from other big hospitals...
