Pay Rate with Experience

Hi!
As a newbie BSN, I know that I can start off around $23/hour, but. . . .

How much experience is needed before a denver metro area BSN can earn a base pay of $35 per hour? $40?

Would a hospice nurse ever make this much? a Nursing home RN?

Just trying to get a realistic view of what my future holds.

Some nursing homes may give off as low as $26...some start at $30-35 per hour...
Are RNs here in Colorado automatically IV certified?

My mom made about $24 an hour when she worked in a nursing home with 10 years experience, but she is an LPN. I would expect an RN or BSN to make at least $30. This is in Aurora Colorado.
