JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME AN IDEA OF THE LPN AND RN PAY IN COLORADO? THINKING OF MOVING WEST

Depends on where you want to live in CO and how much experience you have. I worked as a LPN in a LTC and started at $17hr base rate plus $2 differential for night shift and that was 3 years ago. That was right out of school - you would probably make more if you had experience. RN pay varies widely with experience - new grads start around $23hr plus differential. I live in the northern front range and also pay varies in different regions of the state. I know it is lower in the southern towns.
