overtime in Colorado

I was just wondering if there's any opportunity for overtime at some of the hospitals in Colorado. Right now I'm a student in Arizona and am considering moving to Colorado when I graduate. A friend of mine is a NICU nurse at a local hospital here (probably the one I'd start working at when I graduate if I stay here) and she gets called for overtime almost every day she's not working. She gets $500 for coming in and double time every time she goes in on one of her days off. Do any of the hospitals in CO have anything like this? She can pretty much pick up as much overtime as she wants. I know I'll have lots of student loans to pay off and the opportunity for overtimem would really help.
