Nursing New Grad in need of Help

Hi Everyone,

I'm having a hard time trying to find out the process of applying to RN jobs in CO. I graduate in May and will apply to all hospitals in Denver and to Boulder Community Hospital. My question(s) is/are:

When should I start applying?
Will hospitals hire me before I take the NCLEX (taking in July)?
What hospitals have new grad programs?
Can I/should I only apply to these programs?

I guess I'm just getting real ansy. Several of my classmates already have jobs lined up after graduation. I just need some direction. See I'm a CO resident, but had to move away to CT to attend an accelerated BSN program. We all know that it's incredibly difficult to get into accelerated programs in CO hence the move East for the past year. Anyway, I'm coming back home in a few months and would love to have a job lined up upon my arrival. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
