Memorial PayBack Program...

Has anyone used the 'payback program' as I believe it's called from Memorial health systems? It's where they pay for a year of your nursing school and you sign a two year contract for that money. I was debating doing this and wanted to know if anyone has done it and what your experiences have been at Memo... Thanks.
