Job Market

by Conrad283 Platinum Member

Hello all,

My wife and I are pretty close to moving to CO.

My wife has 8 years of nursing experience, most recently 3 years of CICU exp.
I have 1 3/4 years experience, all of which were in SICU

How difficult is the job market right now for nurses with ICU experience?

Default Re: Job Market
You are alot better off having experience. It looks like it is mostly the new grad RN's having a hard time right now. The hospital websites definately don't have as many job postings as they used to but there are still some.
