Do Any Denver Area Hospitals Have Weekends-Only Working Option?

by TK80

Hi everybody! I currently work at a large hospital in Dallas, TX and am moving to the Denver area in the near future. At the hosptial I work at, I do what's called TDA or Two-Day Alternative, meaning I am full-time and have full-time benefits but only work Saturdays and Sundays each week, no other days. I work 24 hours per week and am considered full-time. This is a program started to ensure there were always people staffed for weekends at my hospital. The incentive from a personal perspective is those who commit to this program get a little bit extra $ differential-wise over the standard weekend diff.

Do any hospitals you know of in the Denver area have a program similar to this? I have gotten used to working weekends and wouldn't mind continuing to do so when I move in the near future. Thanks for your help!

I am not to sure. I'm still having a hard time getting in to one. But from what I hear they are usually quite flex.
