big decision

Here is my situation. I live in Massachusetts now. I have wanted to move to Colorado for a long time. I have a CNA certificate. Also, I may be getting into a LPN program in Massachusetts for the fall. The problem is that the program is $12,000. I already have $13,000 in credit card debt too. So, I would be in $25,000 debt by next year when I finish the LPN program. Then, I am going to look for jobs in Colorado.
Do you all think this will be a mistake? Should I just move to Colorado now, and be a CNA for a while? Also, it is scary for me to do this move all on my own. But, I have always wanted to live here. I don't know what to do.
Oh yeah, I already have a bachelor's in psych too. But, no jobs!

With your BS in Psych you may want to look into a job in that prior to moving. Many places offer relocation assistance as part of the job offer. It is certainly worth a look and see. Education (in my opinion) is never a waste.
So look into the LPN programs in Colorado you may find one you like better. Good Luck.

With a BA ins Pysh you could always go into a Accelerated BSN program for people with previous degrees! Regis has one and it is really good and I had a friend recently get in. I would go that route there is also several other programs too

Good Luck!
