Applying with license in another state?

Hi there,
So my question is, if you have your license and have been working in another state and the online application asks "Do you have a Colorado nursing license" and you honesty check no, does that kick your application out before HR/hiring managers ever see it? How about as a new grad, if you check no but are intending to get one as soon as you graduate?

Thanks in advance, esp from anyone with HR experiance!

New graduates are having a difficult time finding jobs here in CO.

Your post is a little vague ... Are you currently a nursing student? If so, you don't get your license until you pass the board exam, not when you graduate. Once you graduate, you're able to sit for the boards.

I live in NYC, and I'm moving to Colorado. I applied for a Colorado license and got it before I started applying.

If you have a license in another state, check the nursing licensure page on the internet because they offer reciprocity in 25 other states I believe.
