It isn't that unions are going to save the world. Rather it is that small d democracy is essential if we are to have a functional/sustainable economy over the long haul.

The website referenced above is a pro union website. I can show you just as many anti union websites with just as much data against unions.

You might find this interesting. The inequality trust has posted a slideshow that shows how states with the greatest income inequality (Read RTW states) have the worst outcomes.

.uk???? Of course you know that most RTW states have lower taxes. Should we chat about that fact. I'm pretty sure I can buy a house much cheaper in NC than I can in SF.

Inequality as compared to what? So are we to move to a communistic state so that all incomes are the same? Am I supposed to feel poorly because I make more than others around me? If unions are about equalizing income, I definitely don't want to be a part of them.

    Of course not.
You should be proud of the advanced practice care you provide to children. And you should be well compensated.

But banking executives who received bonuses that exceeded the amount of profit generated by their banks do nothing useful.

For the most part it is not working people who have the most money

What do the bank executives have to do with nursing unions? There are many examples of greed seen throughout the major industries with CEO compensation at an all time high, etc, etc. This happens everywhere..not just in RTW states.
