Re: Nurses ratify contract with Scranton CMC
I am a RN in California. When I was a new grad I went to the Fireman's credit union for a loan. The loan officer was a fireman and a colleague of my brother. He assumed I made 30% less than firemen. I smiled when I handed him my W2, knowing that we were paid equally. It is time Nursing salaries rise out of the dark ages and refelect our education and responsiblilty. We all will get there , but we must realize that it takes collective action.
