Nurse Strike

I know this is going to be a heated debate, in light of the economy and everything. I work for one of these facilities and wish that the contract would be settled already.

The raise? I don't care so much, I know many of the other nurses are worried because they have been having a lot of shifts cut and such.

We do currently have a big concern though, often the N95 masks are not readily available when caring for swine flu patients, and my hospital is definitely not following the guidelines, such as using regular patient rooms as opposed to the negative pressure rooms. You would laugh at what my hospital accepts for this standard of care.

Considering how easily this can be transmitted, we might all be in masks at some point.
