Worried...transfer of registry without any work in original state.

by k-t-did

I live in Louisiana, and took my CNA course in Texas, because I wanted to take it at the same college I am attending for my ADN.

When I filled out my reciprocity agreement to get on the registry in Louisiana, the bottom part (to be filled out by the state) mentioned something about
"confirmed that candidate has worked 8 hours in state of registry....yadda yadda"

Made it seem like I would have had to work in texas before my registry could be transferred to Louisiana.

Now I'm worried! I intended from the beginning to work in Louisiana, not Texas.

Anyone have experience with this?
