Work Environment

by pat8585

What is the work environment like at your LTC facility?
Mine is VERY snobby and Catty.
I absolutely hate it there and am thinking about quitting.
Unfortunately, I know cattiness is everywhere.
But when you come on duty and NOT ONE PERSON EVEN SAYS HI to you,
it can make you want to quit,,,for me anyway.

Default Re: Work Environment
The first day I started working, at the end of my shift I greeted all of the girls coming on. Now I"m two weeks into my job and everyone has started saying good morning and have a nice day. Some of them are still snobby, but now they feel left out if they don't say hello, too.
