Will she get hire even though it will be a week before she takes her state test(CNA)?

My friend applied for a hospital position and they called her back for an interview a week before she takes her CNA test, now she is wondering will they still hire even though the next week she will be taking her test or would they tell her she can have the position after she pass her test??
