Where else to work besides nursing home/hospital?

Do CNA's work in clinics? I really don't want to work in a nursing home and finding it hard to find hospital jobs

So what other places can you work at?

I'm not a CNA but our local newspaper always has listings for CNAs at doctor's offices... more than LPNs by far actually (I'm in LPN school atm which is why I'm always looking)
