Tennessee CNA's/Certification Renewal

I have a question! My CNA certification expires in October and I haven't gotten anything in the mail to renew it. Should I have? What do I need to do or who should I check with to make sure it doesn't lapse?

You need to call the tennessee department of health the CNA division and ask them what you need to renew your cna certificate? You can go online and get their number. its pretty fast and simple if you fax it. mine just took a day.

Here is a link (it has all info --- names, address, phone, fax):

You apparently have to provide proof you have worked at least 8 hours in the last 2 years in order to renew. That is the same procedure as many states, including my own, have.
