Telemetry orMed Surg / Oncology ?

Any wonderful cna. pca's here that has worked on this units.I fell like i will be totaly lost but again am quick learner.So what should i expect.Just trying to get heads up.night shift what is it like.I have been CNA at LTC for 7 months ,it time for me to learn few cool stuff lol..
