STNA/CNA with EMT-B

Hi, I am currently an STNA/CNA and i am taking class for EMT-B. I want to continue to work as an STNA/CNA as i like the pt contact. My question is with my EMT-B would i be able to do more hands on work in a LTC or hopsital as an STNA/CNA with my EMT-B cert?
