Starting a CNA school in Fl?

I'm a licensed fl CNA. I see many schools pop up in refernce to bootcamp courses. I was wondering how i would go about maybe looking into starting one up here in northern fl. My friend is a LPN we are both interested in starting this type of business

Does anyone know where we should start?

Thanks
