South Jersey CNA's

I'm finishing up my CNA training at a LTC facitlity. After I finish the pay will be around 10 an hour. I'm thinking of leaving and going to a hospital after I'm done with my training since there is no obligation to stay and I wont have the shift that I really want. My main question is what pay can I expect working in a hospital? Would the pay be the same, higher, lower?

It depends what hospital, since you have very little experience you might make 10.50 to 11.50. The more experience you have the better the pay.

For example if you work for a small town hospital expect less pay than lets say Beth Israel or St. Barnabas
