SAHM's

Are there any SAHM's who have started out in an employee sponsored program? Were you able to choose your hours from your first day? Did the facility offer evening, night, or all shift training? How have you balanced the two.
my situation:
Since the birth of my daughter, I resigned from my previous line of work to persue a full time career as a mother. I never left my daughter with anyone other than her father(my husband). I don't have any family in this area and only one friend I would even consider to watch my baby. I don't want her to ever have a babysitter(if possible). I want to work the overnight shift. Has anyone else done this? How did you get your training? My husband's hours are very sporatic and he commutes to and from the city. The only shift I can completely commit to is the third/overnight shift. Is this a possibility? I'm willing to have my friend watch my baby (23 month old) but if I can avoid it, I would like to. Any suggestions? especially other sahm's from orange co. but please i can use all the help I can get...this is not exclusive to orange county.
