Hi everyone I am new to this site. I am looking for a career change due to being laid off, and i want to eventually become an RN. At the moment, I decided that the easiest road for me, would be to get my CNA, the LPN and hopefully eventually contnue to a 2 year RN Program. Has anyone attended The Red Cross's CNA Program? Here in Philadelphia, it's a 4 week course. How about the CNAcourse at Bucks County or DCCC? I hope to gain employment in a hospital. There is an additional course I believe you can take called Patient Care Assisting techniques at DCCC, after getting a CNA, woukd this be worth it? The course is designed specifically for CNA that want to apply to hospitals. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
