I always thought that working in teams was a good idea, too. If you get a good partner you can get things done pretty fast. In a facility I used to work at, this girl and I could put 27 people to bed in 2.5 hours.

The problem is when you have a lazy partner who makes you do all the work, and disappears, and doesn't do anything. It is better to have those people be responsible for their own residents, rather than have them drag the other people down.
