Private duty agency with high pay for CNA

Can anyone please let me know what agency pay very well in washington DC and Maryland for private duty. I have tried so many agencies and their rate of pay is so low I like private duty jobs, but I haven't found an agency yet that has rewarded me for my hard work at all. Anyone pleae help I am desperate. Thank you
