Please help with this question and resume

Why should we hire you for this cna position?

how would you answer this? I always have a hard time answering this question. It doesn't help that i am a shy and quiet person...

Also does anyone have a cna resume sample you're willing to let me view or any tips. Arrgh.. I just moved from wisconsin to minnesota. I'm not even sure that I want to be a cna anymore..but i don't know what else to go into.. I have 5 years of experience as a cna.

any help is appreciated. thanks.
